Boolean Translation Package (08-MAR-05)


The boolean.pkg script contains a simple package
that allows you to translate consistently
between true PL/SQL Booleans and string or number
representations of Booleans. This is helpful when you
have to work with pseudo-Booleans in database tables,
such as a VARCHAR2(1) column containing Y or N
