i get below error from catalog DB while did any commands such as :
1-show all;
2-resenc Catalog
3-backup database

i did register and unregister for the DB and it solve the problem this is all steps :
connect to your recover catalog as your catalog owner

search for your your database with db_id


eg.

SQL> select * from db
where db_id=372506216
/



DB_KEY DB_ID HIGH_CONF_RECID LAST_KCCDIVTS CURR_DBINC_KEY

---------- ---------- --------------- ------------- --------------

170335 372506216 23 616415400 210155



SQL> EXECUTE dbms_rcvcat.unregisterdatabase(170335,372506216);
