اريد أن أعمل تقرير بحيث يقوم بطباعة أرقام متسلسلة بعد Max(number) بعدد يحددة المستخدم
مثلا: إذا كان عندي max(number) 100 وادخل المستخدم 20 يتم طباعة الارقام من 100 إلى 120

You can do a select statment to generate the sequence numbers you want like this :

select l
from
(select level l
from   dual
connect by level <= _max + _number)
where l between _max and (_max + _number);

assuming that _max is the parameter for max value (in your cas p_max= 100).
and  _number is the number the user send(in your case p_number = 20)

SELECT R
FROM (
  SELECT ROWNUM R
  FROM   ALL_OBJECTS)
WHERE R BETWEEN _max AND (_max+_num)
