السلام عليكم
انا اعمل على قاعدة بيانات Oracle Express 10g
و Oracle Developer Suite 10g

حاولت تشغيله ولكن بعد ادخال Username & Password تظهر لي هذه الرساله
This user does not have installed Repository.Invoke the Repository Administrator Utility
وبعد هذه الرساله شغلت برنامج Repository Administration Utility ولم افهم شيء
فأرجوا منكم توضيح هذه الخطوات حتى يتم تشغيل Designer
