I have a question here to ask and it is my first participation here in DBA section.

At each end of month, i have to run three procedures. Two of them are in a package and the third one is in another package. 

The point here is that i want to run these procedures and do not do a commit until the manager approve the output data in the tables(may be in another session).
1) I want an idea how he can make this approval.
2) If he approved then the data will be commited. if not , then a rollback occurs.
Note: these procedure take long time to run (about 10-12 hours).

Any one has ideas?
