اخي FLOWER احنا معاك في المشروع بس ياليت توضح لنا

فكرة المشروع بالكامل واش المتطلبات اللازمة له يعني نريد تحليل

كامل للمشروع عشان نعرف اش نسوي واش ما نسوي سواء في الجدوال

او العلاقات الرابطية او شئ مثل هذا .........................

عالعموم لا تشيل هم اذا كنت ناوي عمل هذا المشروع فليلزمك الاتي :

1- احضار جميع المعلومات عن هذا المخزن للفيديو .

2- معرفة طريقة تصريف الاشرطة يعني اذا كان هذا المخزن تابع لمحل فيديو

فيجب ان تعرف كيفية الايجار والبيع او حتى الاشتراك .

وفي النهاية ما اقولك الا ان الاعضاء كلهم با ذن الله راح يساعدوك في المشروع

لان هذا المنتدى انشئ من قبل ادارتها لغرض الافادة لجميع مستخدمي اوراكل

ولا ننسى ان لدينا في هذا المنتدى اعضاء ذوي خبرة طوووووووووويلة في البرمجة بشكل عام

Project proposal
Video store control system
1. purpose
the purpose of the video store control system is to help the sales clerks and store managers rent and sell video store items to retail customers . you must present a DFD (context and 0 levels as well as 1 process as level 1 )
and an ERD for the system as a hardcopy in addition to the softcopy of the system .
2.external interface
for each transaction the system captures the item information for the item being sold rented or returned by a customer .

the system can display the item information and the customer information on the monitor screen .

for each item the system maintains its code, title,name of two movie stars,the date released , the rating , quantity on hand available for sale and for renting ,sale price and rental fee , quantities rented and sold for the past calendar year and for the current calendar year , and the list of customers on the waiting list to rent the item .

for each customers , the system maintains its code , name , address , phone number , date of birth , membership data, the list of items rented or bought for the past calendar year and for the current year , the list of current rentals and the dates of renting .

the system provides persistency by storing the item , customer , and transaction information in a database .

the system interface with the store clerks and managers . the clerks access item information for the customers renting of buying items . the managers maintain the item and customer data.

3.System Functionality:
The system should allow the manager to add , edit , and delete customer information and item information.

For the check , the system should support sale , rental , return , and reservation operation.

Only club members can rent the items. If the customer is not a member , the customer can join the club by providing data and paying deposit . Customers should be 12 years or older to join the club . When the customer terminates the membership , the deposit is returned minus any outstanding charges.

For renting , the customer brings the item to the clerk , and the clerk enters the item code and the customer code(the customer can join the club).The system checks whether the customer age is appropriate for the item rating.

For returning , the clerk enters the item code and the system computes the rental fee to be paid . The appropriate statistical data is updated both for the item and for the customer.

For sale , the customer brings the item to the clerk , and the clerk enters the item code and the customer code . if the customer is not a club member , the customer data is entered . Aging , the system checks whether the customer age is appropriate for the item rating . The appropriate statistical data is updated both for the item and for the customer.

For each transaction , a receipt is generated and the customers pay in full either by check or any other means.

To reserve an item , the customer tells the clerk the item title or the item code(from the catalog).The clerk enters the item



code and the customer code , the time and the date . when the item reserved by one or several customers is returned , the clerk puts the item on hand , and the system generates a letter to the customer who was the first to reserve the item .

the item is kept on hold for 4 days . if the customer does not claim the reservation becomes void , and the system generates a letter to the next customer . if there are no waiting customers, the item becomes available for renting .

the system supports the search for specific items using item code , item name , movie star name , or date of release . the system supports the search for specific customer using customer code , customer name , or phone number .

the reports generated by the system include the list of all items , the list of items featuring a specific date , the list of items with low volume of sales or rentals , the list of all customers , the list of customer that bought or rented a specific item in the past .

if the input data is incorrect , the system generates an appropriate error message and reject the operation.

The video store control system should be implemented in Microsoft access .
if the graphical user interface is used , list boxes and drop down lists should be used to eliminate the possibility of entering incorrect information .
the security is implemented by entering a manager or clerk password

و عن طريق شرح كل دفعة من معلوماتك الهائلة التي سردتها لنا ،،،،

وكذلك يمكننا من تحليل كل شئ فيه / مااقصده هو بداية العمل كتحليل المشروع سوياً،

وبعد ذلك نقوم بالتفكير ايضا سويا في عمل العلاقات بينهم والجداول المناسبة للمشروع

يعني سا اخت وردة انت بتعرفي المشروع و هدا هو المشروع يللي بالعادة يدرس في دورات sql pl sql و الظاهر انك فهمانة الفكرة و الروابك ( في حال انت كتبتي الكلام هدا كلو بس لو انك ناقلتيه ؟ هون المشكلة.

بس انو نساوي المشروع كلنا بدون ما تكوني انت الاساس و تعطي رأك في المشاكل و التحليل، ف المشروع ما رايح ينفعك كتير.
