مشكلة في عمل Database علي الكمبيوتر

اخواني الاعزاء:

I Have a problem at my computer, I need anyone to help me :
When I want to create a database at my computer
I begin to install oracle it was done.
but when used data configuration Assistant to create a
database :
LOCAl : do create but after log off and restart PC,
ask for delete and ask for a nother database, as I
didn't do anything.

Error: oracle not available
Shared memory realm doesnot exist
TNS: NO LISTENER

In case of create at Domain:
After doing steps right, at the point of create it
stopped at copy database file and refused to create.

Is this problem related to my PC as a network,
someone stopped something ,coz when i do in another
computer it is working.
