Java Server Down

I need support for SJSAS-PEXF-1PR – Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition, Perpetual License, pricing per socket, Annual Premium Support, Also we need some advices in our current environment.

we developed application on Sun Java Studio Creator (JSF) and deployed application on Sun Java System Application Server platform edition 9 updated 1 using third party JDBC connection oranxo with oracle database 10g released 2, on windows 2003 service pack1 32-bit.

Sometimes, system down and sometimes it become very slow, we want to know how to configure it and how to tune it up and what exactly should we do.
