Error In Webutil Frm-40039

hi , how are you ? i try to configuration webutil but get error , this is
frm-40039: cannot attach library e:\devsuiteHome_1\forms\webutil while opening forms\test_webutil , i try to search for this error in intrnet and i didn't found solve .
i following the steps in the file attach .
please any one get soluation for this error .

When you attach the librray do not remove the path .. test it and tell me if it work
