الاخ العزيز هاني بالنسبة لمعنى "TIMESTAMP" فهي المقارنة التي يضبطها Oracle Server للوقت الزمني الاخير و الذي قبله عندما يكون هناك تغيير ناجح -مثلا- في الاجراء "Procedure".
