انا ياخوان مبتدئ .. وابي واحد يدلني على كيفية تشغيل sql plus

علما انني لا املك ال cd

    قم بالذهاب الى مكان تستطيع منه شراء إسطوانة الاوراكل
    وبعدها قم بتثبت الاوراكل وبعد ذلك تستطيع تشغيل الsql plus
