never mind man we just try to make this forum organized as mush as we can

about is it illegal or not it's completely legal you can use any tool that offer u to use Unix commands under windows

you can use Cygwin

give 2 days and I will put the MKS Tools v8.1 with the key on the server....also the Gnumake...I just installed 11.5.10.2 on my laptop...
you don't need for XML Parser...
all what you need is that tool and the VC++ v5 or 6
when you install VC++, choose the directory name without space...exampl: c:\VC98

I have all those tools...but I need to check how to put all in the server, !!!
