I have this problem , and i don't know how to solve it.
I'm Adding new form in SSHR " Self Service Human Resource" <
now as we know that we can develop new form in SSHR by adding new fields or columns in Key Flex fileds.

Now how i can add Field of type Radio Group, using Key Flex Fields in Oracle Application in HRMS - or SSHR.

This is very important to me , Any One Have any idea please Help.

and it can solve your problem

Note: you can write any select statment to bring your value from any table

But as an idea , is it doable to make a field of Radio Group in SSHR forms , if you know?

as i know i think you can not but maybe in next version

as i told you there is a work around
