i found that message after installation Oracle EX 10g

which says >> 1607 : Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime

i hope u help me with this Problem How can i install and Extract the Files??

    I think it's better to remove the ORACLE
    I attached text file explane to you how to remove ORACLE without install windos
    and good luck

    the promblem was with the InstallShield not with the oracle 10 g
    any way i have solve the problem
