How To Change Some Stuff In Enterprise Manager 10g

Featured Replies

بتاريخ:

Dear All, I am sorry for writing this message in English, but I guess I am cutting time this way.
I have installed Oracle 10g DB, and I can connect normally using the EM.

However whenever I try to change the status of the DB ( startup / shutdown ... ) using the Enterprise Manager, it asks me for a Host Username and Password, I tried to apply my own username and password which I use to log in to Windows, it never accepts it.

And there fore I am not allowed to do ceratin things using the Enterprise Manager, like for example changing the Listener or configuring it for example.

Help is really appreciated in resolving this issue.

Thanks,

Aiman
