Relase 12 Installation New Features

Hi Friends,

These are the New Installation Features in Release 12

(1) Store Base configuration in the Oracle E-Business Suite Database

During Installation, Rapid Install stores the Configuration Information in the Database itself rather than store in the "Config.txt"


(2) Multiple Domain Support for Database Tier and Application Tier

With this feature, we can put database in one Domain and application tier in the another Domain :angry:

(3) Read only Shared File System Support

It allows the Full Oracle E-Business File System to be shared on a Read Only Shared File System.


(4) RAC Support in the Rapid Clone

Support for RAC and Grid Computing is added to Rapid Clone :angry:
