    السلام عليكم اخي
    هذه المشكلة سببها ان قاعدة البينات مغلقة ويجب عليك تشغيله بالطريقة التالية
    1- اذهب الى شاشة الدوس (Dos)
    2- اكتب svrmgrl
    3-اكتب connect internal
    4- اذا طلب من كلمة المرور ادخل oracle
    5- اكتب startup
    انشا الله تعمل معك

    salam my brother khalid..
    1-i have windows xp,and oracle 9i
    2-when i inpout in dos svrmgrl the following error message is displayed:

    C:\>svrmgrl
    'svrmgrl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.
