قمت بتنزيل اوراكل قاعدة البيانات ومعها الديفلوبر 9i وكان بينهما اتصال ولكن ظهرهذا الخطأ
frm-10142 : the HTTP listener is not running on hany at port
8888 , please start the listener or check your runtime prefrences.
فما معنى هذا الخطأ
