اخى الكريم الtechnical support مهمته شرح كيفية عمل البرنامج للمستخدمين
اما ال implementer فهو ان المبرمج بيطور او بيعدل فى السيستم الموجود اصلا والله اعلم
عموما لو فى فرصة فى اى منهما قولى لانى محتاج اى شغل وجزاك الله خيرا

Sorry Mohamed your answer is not right at all,
the Implementor is the person is responsible to implement the system or application on customer site,and implement the plan the the project manager did (PM) then the Tech support comes to solve any technical issues after the implementing phase,the developer is the person that develop the apps or the system or customize it for a customer request
