how I can restore a hot backup

I made a hot bakcup and this is the code

DATAFILE 2 TO 'E:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3\test\backup\ch12\UNDOTBS01.DBF.BAK',
DATAFILE 3 TO 'E:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3\test\backup\ch12\SYSAUX01.DBF.BAK',
DATAFILE 4 TO 'E:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3\test\backup\ch12\USERS01.DBF.BAK',
DATAFILE 5 to 'E:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3\test\backup\ch12\EXAMPLE01.DBF.bak',
CURRENT CONTROLFILE TO 'E:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3\test\backup\ch12\BACKUP.CTL';
})

and I suppose that I success in creation the backup

now how I can check that I have the right backup
and how I can restore it after i format the server
