مشكلة في تشغيل الفورم

اخواني ارجو المساعدة عندما اقوم بتشغيل الفورمه كل مرة افعل ذلك يطلب مني اليوزرنيم والباسورد
واحيانا اخري تظهر رسالة تفيد انه ليس هناك لسنر مع العلم اني اكدت على كل هذه الاعدادات

عملية طلب اليوزر والباسورد هي عملية روتينية وكذلك بالنسبة للسينر
لذلك هذه المشكلة تم عرضها قبل ذلك يمكن الرجوع الى هذا الرابط
