Project Description:

Based on the concepts you learned in class about the analysis and design process, analyze and design an information system for an organization of your own choice.

Project Requirements:

Prepare a professional documentation for the information system you will design. The documentation should include the following:

I Identifying Problems, Opportunities, and Objectives
a. Problems
b. Opportunities
c. Objectives

II Determining Information Requirements
a. Information Gathering Technique: show complete example of questionnaire and/or interview.
b. Information Requirements Summary: who are the users, what is the business activity (what procedures are performed).

III Analyzing System Needs
a. DFD
b. ERD
c. Data Dictionary

IV Designing the Recommended System
a. Interface design for five input screens
b. Interface design for three output screens
