i have oracle 9i installed on my computer and oracle developer 6 but when i connect from form builder to the database this messege appears to me (can not solve database name) TNS:
so is developer 6 works with oracle 9i and what are the constraints needed for the installation of the developer i mean Path, is there only one path i must install developer 6 in, or in any path.
i install it in the oracle home directory. so what is the solution.
