i know that "interval . . ." data type for a period between two dates, but what i dont understand is what are the ways or the formulas to insert ,interval data, by. i need examples pls in arabic,and thx to u for even try to help, god pless u all

أعتقد اني فهمت قصدك وهذا هو المثال:
create table time_example
(loan_duration interval year (3) to month);======================================
insert into time_example
values(interval '120' month (3));
======================================
select to_char(sysdate+loan_duration, 'dd-mon-yyyy') from time_example;
-- today date is 26-sep-2001 output will be 26-sep-2011 ويا ريت ترد علي اذا كان هذا الذي ما تريده

اخيرا لقيت واحد مهتم بهاي النقطة...
ولكن مقصودي هو ما هي حالات الادخال لهذا النوع من البيانات..يعني انت ذكرت حالة موجودة في الكتاب :

insert into time_example values(interval '120' month (3));

انا اريد حالات ادخال اخرى ....الكتاب يذكر العديد من الحالات والامثلة على شكل هذه الحالات ولكن بدون ال syntax لكيفية ادخالها...
