أنا طالبة مبتدئة جدا في عالم البرمجة ومطلوب منا مشروع قاعدة بيانات لشؤون الموظفين في مستشفى معين
اول اشي لازم نعمل التحليل (SRS) للقاعدة ونسلمه مطبوع خلال اسبوع
وبعدين رح نعمل التصميم ونبني النظام على الأكسس

وما عندي اي فكرة كيف نموذج التحليل لازم يكون ولا حتى شفت نموذج جاهز لنظام آخر

هلأ لما نروح نعمل المقابلة مع المسؤول في المستشفى شو الاسئلة اللي ممكن نطرحها
وبعدين كيف بدي اتاكد انه المعلومات كاملة وكيف بدي ارتبها عشان اعمل التحليل واطبعه في الفترة المحددة

ارجوكم بدي مساعدتكم خطوة بخطوة وفي اسرع وقت ممكن
لاني ما عندي تصور كافي عن الموضوع وعن البرمجة بشكل عام

بالنسبة للمشروع لم تكتبي لازم أول شيء أنك تكتبي عن
1- مكان المشروع .
2- عن سبب أختيارك للمكان.
3- وش المشاكل ألي يواجه المكان .
4- وش انت ناوية تسوي في نظامك.
5- كيف ناوية تحلي المشكلة .

أتمنى أنه هذه الكلمات تعطيكي أي فكرة لعمل المشروع؟؟

مشروع شؤون الموظفين من المشاريع الكبيرة والمعقدة فهل تريدين كل الاشياء التي تتعلق بالموضوع ولا جزئية معينة من المشروع.. وخاصة انك تقولي انه المشروع سوف يشغل بـ (Access). ولكن على أي حال اليك بعض الملاحظات أرجو أن تفيدك كبداية:
1- يجب أن تسألي هل هذا القسم يقوم بالاعمال يدوياً أم هنالك نظام ولكنه قديم وبحاجة الى تطوير.
2- اذا كان يدوي فما هي الأعمال التي يقوم بها ( المدخلات والمخرجات ). حتى يتم حوسبتها واصدار التقارير المناسبة لها.
3- يجب أن نسأل ما هو الطموح المطلوب لهذا القسم
4- واذا كان هناك نظام ولكن قديم، فما هي المشاكل التي تواجه المستخدمين لهذا النظام ونحاول حلها.......... وهكذا.

*واذا كان عنده درجات خبرة من قبل >>بزيد على الراتب الاساسي حسب عدد السنوات>>50 شيكل/سنة خبرة

*الضريبة تكون

أخذنا فقط الخطوة الاولى في بناء النظام وهي تحليل المتطلبات requirement analysis
والمطلوب هو كتابة وثيقة تخصيص متطلبات النظام system requirement specification..srs
الطريقة لكتابة الوثيقة هي الطريقة العالمية الماخوذة من IEEE

<< at the begining you need to know something bout analysing methode very important which is called System development Life Cycle (SDLC) my recommended to you is to search bout this methode it in internet , it will help you very much,be sure bout this.

Brief introduction bout SDLC:

Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is defined as a software development process, although it is also a distinct process independent of software or other Information Technology considerations. It is used by a systems analyst to develop an information system, including requirements, validation, training, and user ownership through investigation, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. SDLC is also known as information systems development or application development. An SDLC should result in a high quality system that meets or exceeds customer expectations, within time and cost estimates, works effectively and efficiently in the current and planned information technology infrastructure, and is cheap to maintain and cost-effective to enhance. SDLC is a systematic approach to problem solving and is composed of several phases, each comprised of multiple steps:

1)Terms Of Reference — the management will decide what capabilities and objectives they wish the new system to incorporate; 

2)Feasibility Study — asks whether the managements' concept of their desired new system is actually an achievable, realistic goal, in-terms of money, time and end result difference to the original system. Often, it may be decided to simply update an existing system, rather than to completely replace one; 
3)Fact Finding and Recording — how is the current system used? Often questionnaires are used here, but also just monitoring (watching) the staff to see how they work is better, as people will often be reluctant to be entirely honest through embarrassment about the parts of the existing system they have trouble with and find difficult if merely asked; 
4)Analysis — free from any cost or realisticality constraints, this stage lets minds run wild as 'wonder systems' can be thought-up, though all must incorporate everything asked for by the management in the Terms Of Reference section; 
5)Design — designers will produce one or more 'models' of what they see a system eventually looking like, with ideas from the analysis section either used or discarded. A document will be produced with a description of the system, but nothing is specific — they might say 'touchscreen' or 'GUI operating system', but not mention any specific brands; 
6)System Specification — having generically decided on which software packages to use and hardware to incorporate, you now have to be very specific, choosing exact models, brands and suppliers for each software application and hardware device; 
7)Implementation and Review — set-up and install the new system (including writing any custom recommended code required), train staff to use it and then monitor how it operates for initial problems, and then regularly maintain thereafter. During this stage, any old system that was in-use will usually be discarded once the new one has proved it is reliable and as usable.

Thier is important topic want to tell you, this is when initializing of Project..which is you must define your project and convincing the Customer of the useful of your system, and what usefulness give to customer, and proplem solving that your system Done/makes.

Project Definition
Description: The project definition phase must capture all information necessary to describe the full life-cycle impact of the project at a summary level, and determine if a project warrants the investment of personnel resources and funding. At a minimum, the project definition document must identify the customer, user, mandate, basic operating concept, and provide a preliminary investigation of alternatives (including non-computer-based solutions), a preliminary risk analysis, and a high-level cost-benefit analysis to determine if the project has a favorable return on investment. Project analysis should show the expected cost increase or decrease and the capabilities or benefits gained, and is critical to the project approval process.

:And this major definition have very important and major Tasks

1)Customer/User Identification – provide a short description of who the customers and users will be as related to the project. Identify whether there is any overlap/repeated of the customer participating as a user.

2)Project Description – provide a description of the project and outline the project purpose and objectives. Provide a simple operating concept diagram as appropriate to describe the project and other related areas or systems. Describe any required Business Procees efforts that may be necessary to validate or change the business process prior to automation initiatives.

3)Customer Interviews – conduct and summarize analysis of customer needs through an interview process. This information becomes the basis for project existence and subsequent user requirements development.
4)Alternatives Analysis – provides an analysis of alternative approaches, including non-computer-based solutions such as support processes or procedural solutions, that reasonably achieves project objectives.

5)Risk Analysis – provides a description of internal control and security vulnerabilities, the nature and magnitude of associated threats, and potential for loss or disruption to service. The analysis also includes recommendations for mitigation and safeguards for the identified risks.

6)Cost/Benefit Analysis – provides a summary analysis of the benefits of the project compared to the cost. May include return on investment analysis identifying the “break-even” point.

7)High Level Schedule – provide a summary and schedule (Gantt Chart) of the project phases and major milestones.

This you can say an introduction and headlines for any project,you can useful from it.
