i can't login to the enterprise management console i get this error

تاكد ان listener شغال وان البورت 1521 غير مغلق من قبل الفايروول

on the shell if your paths are correct.. type

lsnrctl start

this will start your DB listener

if not started just tell me

ما هو اعطاك نص الخطأ وهو protocol adapter error
إذا والله اعلم إما لا يوجد لديك بطاقة شبكه على جهازك او جرب إدخال ip جديد ومن ثم عرّف easey network connection
.... الارقام واسم الخطأ الذي يعطيك إياه الجهاز مثال:TNS-12560 -هو المفتاح للبحث عن حل.....................

all u have to do
i think u change the hostname or the ip address to solve the problem fast try to run netca from the terminal window and reconfigure the listner
