CRM and Financial

1- they are both from Oracle E-Business Suite
2- they are different, serving different approches and objectives
3-sometimes there is some integration between them

E-Business Suite is devided into two main sectors:
ERP (Enterprize Resource Planning
and
CRM (Customer Relationship Management

ERP is mainly concerned about the internal processes and operations that take place into the organization.
the Finantial is a set of Modules that help the enterprize in the Internal accounting issues.

CRM is concerned about the enterprize's relations with the outside-its customers.

مويدول مهم جدا فى الاوراكل E-Business Suit لانه هو القاعدة الاساسية له
مبدئيا اول موديول بيتعمله Implementation بيكون ال Financials
ليه الاول Prerequests fjjugl hb,g ,fu]dk بدخل ال Chart of Accounts
وبدخل كل ال Accoounts
علشان لما اجى اعمل Supplier ....Customer ....Organization...etc
اقول ايه الحساب بتاعه
