I know that subject i send not related to ur specialization but it's all oracle or tell me whome can i send it the
* problem defintion
i connected to SQL Plus by user have only connect privelige when i write the following sql statment
(Conn Mostafa/mostafa@oracle as sysdba) run ok knowing that mostafa that not real user on DB
and this user take all sys user privilage
how that big problem be on oracle
pls tell me

This happened becouse your connect to the server itself, so when you are in the server you can do anythink (you can connect to db + deletes any file, or format harddisk).

to prevent sys to connect to db remove user from ora_dba group in the operation system

:D right click on my computer and then select manage
select from the left windows : USERS AND GROUPS
i think you will find it there
