i am trying to use OMS and i installed it,but when i tried to connect the nodes i can not by automatic discovery,and the Agent service can not start,i am using windows in this tier
so how can i delete the agent and recreate it?

Thanx maher, but i did not find any thing but i solved it by taking cold BK and reinstalled the Engine and restored the BK i think the problem is Norton anti virus was installed b4 Oracle
