When I tried to create a data block for oe.ORDERS this error appeared
Developer 6i:

FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at
E:\f994w32\src\ie\iewbdb.c:695.


Developer 10g:

FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at
C:\forms\1012\src\ie\iewbdb.c:724.


This error appears when trying to include any table with timestamp data type
I'm Using 10gR2
