إذا كان لدينا جدول المفتاح الرئيسي له /حالياً/ هو رقم يتزايد بشكل أوتوماتيكي/Sequence / لكن
كل سنة يعيد الـSequence بدايته من الواحد/يوجد من ضمن واصفات الجدول -تاريخ-/.............فهل من المفضل أن نضع التاريخ كمفتاح رئيسي يضاف إلى الرقم أم هنالك حل آخر .......

yah u can add the year number as field and make composite PK

MODIFY THE SEQUENCE TO BE LIKE THIS:
year/number
concat the sequance with the year
in this case your promary key column datatype must be varchar2 and you must incement the sequence programatically with in a procedure on the server side fired before insert on the table
