Dear Brothers,
we have oracle 9i and E-business Suite all are installed on one server with Windows 2000 ,i have some performance problems i like to defrage the disks for the server .
does defraginig the file system will really benifit the speed of the database??
and is it risky to defrag the file system ??

what do u mean by defragment them?
if u have some defragmentations in ur db tables or indexes tell me because defragmenting the drives will not affect it directly but it will enhance
