Question about icons in Forms 10g

When I convert Forms build with forms 6i to 10g

There appear some problem in icons in button in 10g

In the UI_ICON in regedit , I set the path of icons of my system

In UI_ICON_EXTENSION in regedit , I set the Extension of my icons which are : .ico . I Know thet this Feature is new to 10g

But the Icons appear in design time
but not appear at run time

Why ?
