السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

بعد ما قمت بتنصيب Oracle 9i Client على جهازى ثم قمت بتشغيل SQL * Plus تظهر رسالة الخطأ التالية:
ORA-12560: TNS:Protocol Adapter Error.
