أريد مساعدة في كيفية جعل مستخدم جديد يستطيع الدخول على نفس قاعدة البيانات والجداول الخاصة بالمستخدم الاول

I need help in how to add a new user that can access the same database by using the form and that he can use edit the same tables under another user's scheme. I already created a new user and grant him privlidges same as the new the orignal user , but still cant access the tables using Forms even though I could see the database using the SQL plus,, and thanks for ur time and help
