يمكن استخدام forms_ddl

forms_ddl('drop user cascade');
forms_ddl('alter table customer add aa varchar2(20)');

you can use

forms_ddl('create user gl identified by gl');
forms_ddl('grant dba to gl ');

but if you have items in form to user name and password you can use

forms_ddl('create user'||'  '||:username ||'  '|| 'identified by'||'  '||:password');
forms_ddl('grant dba to'||''||:username  ');
