    I think Oracle do not enable this operation,it can done by creating new one and extract dump file from the old one,but any way i will investigate it

    In DBA studio (or equivalent) {NB we only have OEM}:
    Higlight <user 1> (right click) create like <user 2>
    Higlight <user1> (right click) remove
    Rename the new user <user 1>
