هل هناك طريقة لتعديل Registry من خلال Form

Yes you can make that:
1-Attache library (d2kwutil.pll)to your form.
2-Write this code in form which changes NLS_LANG:

WIN_API_ENVIRONMENT.Write_Registry('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE',
'NLS_LANG','ARABIC_EGYPT.AR8MSWIN1256');

It comes with oracle developer 2000 or 6 ,you can get it from oracle web site just search for (d2kwutil) and download it.
