يا شباب انقطع تيار الكهرباء عن الشركة فالحمدالله قاعدة البيانات كما هى
لكن تطلع رساله تشتكي من الليسنر
فرحت عملتله ريستارت برضه ما في فايده فاللى باين انه الليسنر خربان
فهل في طريقه لعمل ليسنر جديد

Dear Alwansh
you can create new one manually by command line but GUI will be more esay just:
1-open start menu>programs>oracle...>config. and Migration tools
2-choose oracle net config. assistant
3-follow the steps for new/edit/delete LSNR
These steps if u'r working on Normal db not RAC and on Microzeft OS not any open source

go to start >run>cmd

type lsnrctl

press enter key

prompet will be like this

lsnrctl> write her this command

lsnrctl>stop

after that write

lsnrctl>start

thanx run_into
but it will work only if the lsnr exe still works not corrupted from this failure as in windows systems
