السلام على الجميع
قمت بتنصيب الاوراكل وعندما احاول تسجيل الدخول الى بيئة SQL*Plus كانت النتيجة رسالة الخطأ التالية:

ora-12560 : TNS: protocol adapter error

فما هو معناها؟ واذا كان من الممكن علاجها ,فما هو الحل ؟
علما انني لم استطع استخدام الاوراكل من يومها...والسلام عليكم.
