لدى مشكلة لقد أدخلت اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور scott/tiger ولم يقبل

أرجو المساعدة حتى أستطيع تشغيل sql plus

1)connect : "user name: /as sysdba" and press enter
or "system/manager"and press enter enter
2)then :"select * from all_users where username = 'SCOTT';"
3)if it's exist(u see the result contain scott)then:
"alter user scott identified by tiger account unlock;"
4)and then:
"conn scott/tiger"

5)if u did not see scott in the result the u did not chosse to install example schemas in install steps and u have to run some scripts
