عندما اتصل بقاعدة البيانات عبر اي مستخدم تظهر لي هذه الرسالة
ORA 01033:oracle initialization or shotdown in progress
استطيع ان اتصل بقاعدة البيانات الا عبر مستخدم ذو خاضية SYSDB
عندما احاول فتح قاعدة البيانات و اضع امر open ثم apply تظهر لي هذه الرسالة

الرجاء من من عنده الحل لهذه المشكلة المساعد وله الجزاء من الله في الدنيا والاخرة

قاعدة البيانات لاتعمل اي حالتها ليست open
يجب تشغيلها عن طريق srvmgrl
وتعملي shutdown abort
ثم startup
وممكن ال services
لاتقوم بعمل تشغيل لقاعدة البيانات
