لايمكن عمل تريجر PRE-FORM على مستوى البلوك لأن الهدف من هذا التريجر هو تنفيذ تعليمة معينه قبل فتح الفورم لذلك يجب ان يكون على مستوى الفورم وليس مستوى البلوك

and check the count of the location and make comparison between the count and number 15 if less or more and use the where condtion by name or id

i use the trigger in location failed and check by the name

when the value changed or update or insert new record

no couse the user enter the capacity after that he make like update in the table and do insert
