ماسبب ظهور الخطأ (package writer failure)

ممكن توضح أكثر ! أين ومتى ظهر هذا الخطأ؟ وما رقم الإصدار الذي تتعامل معه؟ وإذا أمكن وضح لنا رقم الخطأ.
وهل ظهر الخطأ أثناء تنفيذ script ؟

ORA-12571:TNS:packet writer failure
Cause:An error occurred during a data send.
Action:Not normally visible to the user. For further details, turn on tracing and reexecute the operation. If error persists, contact Oracle Customer Support

this problem it can be from

1-With Oracle 8.0.4 onwards, this error may indicate that the database is in the process of being shut down.

2-This error has been observed when there was a loose cable connection to the SCSI disk array (on an Oracle Parallel Server system).

3-this problem can also be caused by an IP address conflict (Oracle 9.0.1).

شوف أخر برنامج يتعلق بالنتورك ... يمكن هوا الي سبب هذه المشكله

خصوصا برامج تسريع الإتصال بالإنترنت مثل ال Propel

Basically some viruses and ad-ware (New.net for example), modify your tcp/ip or internet connectivity settings. Removed said program can leave lingering entries and that may be causing problems. I've used this tool successfully for over a year now, just to make sure that network settings where restored.

اولا :اشكركم كثيرا وجزاكم الله خيرا على هذا الاهتمام والعفو منكم لتأخر ردي وذلك لآني لااستطيع دخول
الانترنت يوميا
ولتفصيل اكثر : رقم الاصدار الذي اتعامل معه بالنسبة لقاعدة البيانات فهو 9i وبالنسبة للدفلوبر 6i
وظهر اثناء محاولة الاتصال بقاعدة البيانات من خلال برنامج PL/SQL developer او من
Oracle report builder
