السلام عليكم

اتمنى من الى درسوا الاوراكل في معهد او جامعة انهم يقدمون يد المساعدة اذا اذا كان مر عليهم هذا الاسايمنت لاني استمليت كل ما اصمم جداول واوريهم الى الاستاذ يقول الجداول ما تنفع لانها many to many اعيد التصميم وتظهر مشاكل ثانية. في شي اسمه normalized وهو الى الحين ما شرحه . باختصار الاستاذ ما يعرف يشرح واحنا متغربلين بتسليم الاسايمنت بعد خمس ايام . فيا ريت اتساعدونا .

A hospital has 12 wards, each containing up to 10 patients. Patients have only one doctor allowed to prescribe drugs for them. Doctors do their rounds once a day and prescribe drugs by prescription to their patients as they see fit. After the pharmacy has prepared the drugs the drugs are dispatched via hospital porter to the appropriate patient. Once a month the hospital management committee. These include one which shows the quantities and cost of each drug issued, and another which shows the value of drugs issued by each doctor.

يوجد لديك مستشفى تحتوي على 12 قسم كل قسم يتحمل 10 مرضاء وكل مريض له دكتور واحد
ويعمل الدكتور مرة واحدة

الى هذه النقطة يمكن ان تعتبر الكينونات الرئيسية
هي المستشفى - القسم - المريض - الدكتور

هذا بالنسبة للشق الاول من من شرحك
يأتي بعد ذلك
ان لكل مريض وصفة معينة ولكن توجد مشاكل في هذه الوصفات وهي ان الكتابة يدوية للدكتور قد يعطي الاسم خطأ او قد يعطي زيادة بالجرعة طبعا لكل وصفة يصفها الدكتور تذهب الى الصيدلية او المختبر المختص يعني يوجد في المستشفى اكثر من مختبر ويأتي لهذه المختبرات 120 وصفة على فرض ان 12 قسم يوجد به 120 مريض ولكل مريض وصفة يوميا يعني 120*30 =3600 وصفة بالشهر تخيل معي هذا العدد من الوصفات طبعا بعد تجهيز الوصفة ياتي ترسل للمريض ويوجد لجنة كشف تحسب تكلفة هذه الوصفات طبعا
