عندما أقوم بعمل connect على قاعدة بيانات خارجية سواء من الفورم او التقارير او TOAD يظهر هذا الخطا ORA-12571 TNS:Packet Writer Failure مع العلم انني قمت بعمل Uninstall للفورم ثم install مرة اخرى. وشكرا

ربما تم تغيير رقم الـ IP للجهاز أو ربما تستخدم أحد البرامج التي تستخدم نفس رقم الــ port الذي يستخدمه الأوراكل

Server Side :
* connect loaclly using SQL+ if it is ok then ping the client form the server to be sure that server can see the client

Client Side :
* you need to know if this problem happens on the this PC only or not , if it happens on this PC only remove Oracle developer client and Oracle client software and re-install them

* be sure that TNS file are been adjusted on client PC for all Oracle homes

* Adjust Oracle homes using home selector to use Oracle client software home as default home not the developer home

* ping server from client to be sure that client can see the server

* use tnsping from the client to be sure that you can see database from the client PC

* be sure that you do not have active security software installed on the client PC like personal firewalls or low quality antiviruses

* after re-installing software re-start PC to be sure that all environment variables and paths are re-loaded
