While trying to connect to the Database ... after entering the username and password , an error occurs :

ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error


What's the problem?

- The services are running and in started status .. How could I solve the problem??

    قم بعمل فحص لملفى tnsnames.ora & listener.ora &sqlnet.ora
    وتاكد من انهم ليس بهم اخطاء
    مجرد فكرة مبداية

    أثناء تنزيل الأوراكل يطلب منك كتابة اسم الـ
    Global Database name

    وعندما تريد عمل اتصال في الديفيلوبر يطلب منك
    username : scott
    password : tiger
    Database : (put Global database name which you entered)
    المشكلة في عدم تحديد ال database
