اطلب المساعدة في الدخول الى isqlplus عن طريق internet browser
حيث احاول ادخل في user name scott , و password tiger
لكنه يعطيني رسالة
ERROR:
ORA-28000: the account is locked
و كذلك الامر عندما ادخل في user name system , و password management
ارجو المساعدة


اعتقد يجب عمل restar لقاعدة البيانات لكنني لا اعرف كيف يتم ذلك وكذلك ارجو المساعدة في التوضيح كيفية الدخول للدوس والتحكم في قاعدة البيانات
