Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control

ارجو المساعدة من الأخوة الكرام لماذا لا يعمل ، وما هي الطريقة لكي اجعله يعمل ، يرجى الشرح بالتفصيل

عندما تواجهني مشكله مع الاوراكل database
استعمل التالي:-

sql>startup force

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

to make EM start Normally do the following :

1- in cmd write the following
c> sqlplus / as sysdba

select instance_name
from v$instance;


2- set oracle_sid=orcl (put the value that appear from the previous select instance_name)

3- in the CMD WRITE THE FOLLWOING emctl start dbconsole to start the EM
and check the URL appear in the CMD

4- if any think error do the command (tnsping orcl) to see the error if found

5-RCLICK AT MYCOMPUTER\PROPERTIES\ADVANCED\ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE\NEW after that write ORACLE_SID in the first one and ORCL in the second on

6-ORACLE\NET MANAGER\LOCAL\LISTENER\at the left choose DATABASE SERVICE \at the bottom write the ORCL IN THE FIRST FIELD and the path in the second (E:\ORCLE\PRODUCTS\10.1.01\DB_1) and ORCL in the third field

6- GO TO CONTROLPANAL\ADMINSTRATIVE TOOLS\Local Security Policy\LOCAL POLICIES\USER RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT\LOG ON AS A BATCHJOB
