The scope defines what will and will not included in the project, and encompasses all types of requirements.

الSystem Scope هو عبارة عن عناصر النظام أو المشروع بالكامل

قسم متابعة شؤون الطلبة .
قسم الشؤون المالية وتحصيل الرسوم الدراسية .
قسم متابعة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرين .

حدود نطاق المشروع وهو ما سيتم تنفيذه في هذا المشروع وبالطبع يشمل جزء من مكونات النطاق العام مثل

يحتوى هذا القسم تحديد مواصفات الوظائف والمهام المطلوب من المشروع تحقيقها وهى تشمل نوعين :
- مهام أعمال النظام The functional requirements:
- مهام عامة ليست مرتبطة بمهام النظام The none functional requirements

The project objective is to develop a system that is capable of satisfy the following requirements.

The functional requirements:
The system must automate the processes which respond to the following events:

ويتم شرح تفصيلي عن المهام المطلوب تنفيذها من المشروع مثل :

Maintain course type information.

- Maintain instructor information.
- Maintain course information.
- Maintain student registration.

The none functional requirements:
1. The system must be Web based.
2. The system must be secured.
3. The system must be easy to use.

الافتراضات التي سيتم من خلالها تطبيق المشروع والقيود التي تحد من أعمال أعداد المشروع
توجد عوامل خارجية قد تؤشر على تنفيذ المشروع يمكن ذكرها .
يمكن ذكر في هذه المرحلة البرامج المساعدة المفترض استخدامها في تنفيذ المشروع والمصادر التي يمكن استخدامها من مشاريع مماثلة ( مثل خطة تنفيذ المشروع ) .

افكار مساعدة :

The idea is to develop a web-enabled Electronic Registration system to make registration operation for registrars and students very quick, useful and very simple.

Also the website can provide some operations and features help students, instructors, and registrars. By this way, we can speed the registration process, decrease the time for doing it, controlling the courses that are available, decrease the time that need to delete or add courses. Because of using internet website and this will be satisfied from university.

This project will be online system which the student can access the university registration application through Internet Web Site and then fill the registration sheet and submitted it to the collage


the new web-based system achieved the following main result:
1. Increased speed in the registration process.
2. Enough control in manipulating courses (add, delete, and update).
3. Smart and easy way to handle courses conflicts.
4. Online available the service (24 hours in the day / 7 days in the week).
5. Good help afforded to the college management and save in its time.

يهدف المشروع إلى إنشاء نظام آلي يحقق الأهداف والوظائف التالية :
تسجيل بيانات طلبة الجامعة .
تسجيل بيانات المحاضرين .
تسجيل بيانات الدورات المختلفة.
تسجيل بيانات الدبلومات المختلفة والمواد الدراسية الخاصة بكل دبلوم .
تسجيل بيانات التسجيل في المواد الدراسية.
تسجيل بيانات التسجيل في الدبلومات المختلفة .
تسجيل درجات الطلبة في المواد الدراسية .
تسجيل بيانات الشروط اللازمة لحضور الدورات والدبلومات المختلفة .
استخراج التقارير والإحصائيات المختلفة لمساعدة الإدارة في اتخاذ القرارات المختلفة في الأوقات المناسبة.
سرعة وسهولة ودقة إنهاء إجراءات التسجيل من الدارسين .
